Charlotte Abrams-when she was 14 (about 3 years ago) a family member had a mastectomy & Charlotte observed how difficult it was for this woman to ride in a car. She designed & made the 1st Post-Op Supportive Hug (POSH) Pillow. It is designed to be placed across the chest & held together by a seatbelt. Charlotte holds workshops to show how to make the pillow & a free pattern is downloadable at the POSH Pillow Project. The workshops & pillows are all free & she is funded through a GoFundMe account.
