Achievements: went viral two years ago when she shared on Instagram a mental health check-in chart that she uses with her students; created the chart after realizing so many of her high school students were silently struggling; also started an "affirmation station" where students can write an acknowledgement of how well another student is doing & place it in an envelope, the cards are later given to the named student; has set up a "shredding station" where students can write down negative thoughts & then shred them
